Registration fees

PhD/Master students                             330 €   (after March 31, 2026   370 €)

Participants from Academia                 430 €   (after March 31, 2026   470 €)

Participants from Industry                    460 €   (after March 31, 2026   500 €)
 


Registration includes:

•           Conference participation
•           Meals and coffee breaks during the conference
•           Refreshments during poster sessions
•           Social event – City tour through Graz including a slide with the “Schlossberg-Rutsche” (optional)
•           Conference material (provided as a Pdf file)

Social program

On June 5, we plan a guided tour through the old town of Graz to the top of the Schlossberg with the subsequent opportunity to use the “Schlossberg-Rutsche” (Schlossberg – Slide; optional) for the descent. The cost for this social event is included in the conference fee.
After our social event we plan for a conference dinner at “Mensa Rooftop” providing a nice view at the skyline of Graz  (the conference dinner has to be booked extra at a share fee of 30 €).

How to submit my abstact?

Download the abstract template file and fill in your abstract and list of authors. Please do not change the formatting and make sure you stick to the word limit!
As a presenter/speaker, you must be the first author of the abstract and register for the conference.

How to register?

Step 1:

Download the registration form and the abstract template, fill in all required information including your abstract, and submit it to YLC2026.
Step 2:

By clicking on the button below you will be taken to a website of the University of Graz, Austria, where you can register for the conference and find different options for transferring the registration fee.
